How to apply
- Apply online on acabcmis.gov.in and pay the ₹500 application fee (para 4.2.2).
- Attend screening and an interview at the Nodal Training Institute (para 4.2.5).
- Complete the 45-day training; in the last week you prepare a project report (DPR) and submit it to a bank (para 4.3.3, 4.3.6(iii)).
- The bank sanctions the loan and claims the subsidy from NABARD; it is held in a Subsidy Reserve Fund account and adjusted at the end of the loan (para 6.3.2).
Documents you need
- Aadhaar number, or Aadhaar enrolment slip with another photo ID (para 4.2.3)
- Degree or diploma certificate in agriculture or an allied subject (para 3)
- Project report (DPR) for the bank (para 4.3.6(iii))
